- 1. What is OnSiteOffice.com?It is the first web 2.0 database, redundant file storage and collaboration dashboard for buildings, locations or facilities.
- 2. How does the database part work? The database is a fully customizable tool that enables you to capture and store any type of data by creating field labels, either as you go, or if you wish a standardized dataset across your company, you may create your own templates.
- 3. What do you mean by redundant files?Buildngs have their own records and files. Most of the time they are stored on computers or servers. Most of the time there is no offsite server where these files are able to be accessed in the event of an emergency or just in a browser friendly, 24/7/365 location. The OSO platform is browser based so anyone with access to your building on OSO can get to the files and folders. No license fees, no user fees. Your entire team can access those documents that relate only to that building for reference anytime, day or night.
