For “Non Enterprise” Users (companies with less than 100 buildings):
The Pricing detailed below is for our “Introductory Roll-out”, which will last for a period of six months from the official date of announcement, as will be detailed in the OnSiteOffice.com Blog page. OnSiteOffice (“OSO”)is absolutely FREE for any user to join or for any user invited in by a registered user Company. There are no per user charges. However, if you wish to set up a building profile and make use of the many beneficial features of OSO, the cost is only $9.95 per month per building, payable in advance for the year, which includes up to 2GB data/file storage per building on the system. Our research shows that 2GB is more than enough for most properties. However, if you wish to add more storage, it is only $5 per month for every 1 GB added. We know the building industry is not quite ready to pay electronically. So just give us a purchase order number and we will send you an invoice. If you are able to pay electronically, we can work that out too. Because it is a small monthly charge, we bill you on an annual basis. If the property changes hands, the subscription can simply be transferred to the new owner or manager.
For “Enterprise” Users (companies with more than 100 buildings):
For large portfolios of buildings we will negotiate a better per building rate.

These services are available to subscriber users who have actively used the system for more than 90 days and have more than 100 buildings on the system.
